We all have sexual stories that are deeply woven into our identities. Some blissful. Some embarrassing. Some have points of healing. All deeply vital.
And yet, when do we take the time to understand how our sexual stories combine to tell the depth of our sexual journey? And how often do we open up and talk about the nights of toe-curling rapture? The times we couldn’t stop crying? The experiences that changed what we believed about sex and relationships?
You may be able to share THIS story with THAT person, but not the whole story, and only in the right setting, and only if they bring it up first.
We can’t talk about THAT OTHER story at all – because nobody will understand. Or because we’ll be judged. Or because we don’t think they’ll share back.
Our sexuality is such an intrinsic part of who we are.
And yet, these memories and deeply profound moments are left in the dark – discussed only in whispers and half-truths. Hidden behind jokes. As ice breakers when we’ve had too many cocktails on a girls’ night.
It’s so rare to open our hearts and speak – out loud – about the stories that have shaped us. The good, the bad, the ‘oh wow’, the perfect, the unspeakable.
And it’s so easy to think, “Who cares if I share my sexual stories?”
You have 10 million other things to focus on, from work and family to money and bills. Finding time to harness your sexual past into a narrative you can understand and share may not feel like a priority.
But our lives are nothing more and nothing less than the culmination of stories we tell ourselves.
You have a whole story you’ve lived and retold about your childhood. About your marriage. About your journey of self-discovery. These stories impact your choices. They impact what you want in your life and what you believe.
Your sexual story deserves equal consideration and understanding. Yet, if you’re like most people, rather than a fully woven tapestry, your sexual story looks more like a series of loose threads with nothing to hold them together. No narrative. No lesson. No empowering takeaway.
I want to change that. I want to help you own your sexual stories because they’re as much a part of your identity as any other part of you. They impact everything, from your confidence and how you see yourself to how you relate to the world.
You deserve to know what it feels like to fully embrace ALL the sexual parts of you, from the beautiful to the messy and the traumatic.
To heal. To grow. To shed shame. To celebrate. To find patterns and insights. To find guidance and empowerment. To help shape where you want to go next and fully understand where you’ve been.
Welcome to Sexual Stories — an 8-week course where you’ll come together in community to learn to understand your sexual story and really own it. At the end of the course, you’ll speak your story aloud to the group.
Every time I’ve hosted Sexual Stories, I’ve been overwhelmed by the impact these stories have on both the reader and the audience. There’s no way to express the power in speaking your truth to an audience that will listen without judgment, lifting you up and filling you with confidence and love.
The program comes in two parts: The Sexual Stories Group for people who wish to have this profound experience, and The Sexual Stories Training Program, for community leaders who wish to host their own Sexual Stories workshops.
Who is Sexual Stories for?
Sexual Stories is for EVERYONE. We are all sexual beings and we all deserve a safe, empowering space to be vulnerable, to laugh, to cry, to shed shame, and to feel seen.
We all deserve to weave the thread from our sexual stories to our everyday life and live forever with them bound together, understanding that our sexual histories are an immovable piece of us.
Sexual Stories is ESPECIALLY for you if you already love to talk about your stories and want a better format to share them. Or if you have a deep desire to get comfortable with your sexual past.
It’s for you if you’re seeking clarity or understanding, if you need to embrace or accept some part of your sexuality, or if you need to heal from sexual trauma and incorporate it into your life in a way you can manage.
Sexual Stories is for you if you’re ready to accept ALL of who you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go.
Come as you are – no matter your age, race, gender identity, or level of sexual experience.
Whether you need to move beyond something or embrace a particularly magical piece of your story, this is the home to do it.
The Sexual Stories Training program is designed specifically for sex educators, people doing BodySex already, sexual therapists, relationship therapists, life coaches, self-help gurus, and anyone who wants to empower their community to share their stories.

I'm blown away by the potential of this work. It is the perfect complement to the Bodysex workshops I plan to give and a great way to develop trust.
Juliana is an exceptional facilitator, therapist and one of the most delightful, and kind people I have met and had the opportunity to work with.
[Sexual Stories] was a transformative experience, which exceeded my expectations, helped me gain insights into myself that have been profound, comforting, and exciting to explore.
Dr. Juliana is exceptional, brilliant, genuine, compassionate and encouraging. I loved working with her and found this course to be among the most powerful experiences in personal growth that I have done. I wish every woman could participate in a program like this.
The story that I shared [in Sexual Stories] helped me unearth hidden shame that I had buried but carried for years. Being able to claim it and share it with a safe, supportive group was both healing and empowering.
You will learn things about yourself - perhaps some things that you aren't ready to face, and that's ok. You'll also realize you aren't alone.
Writing my sexual history was profound. Sharing it in a safe and supportive group was healing and affirmative in ways I would not have expected. I was able to see patterns and frame events that shaped my essence in a way that gives me strength, and insight into the past, present, and future.
Taking the time to dive into our sexuality might seem like an indulgence, but it's actually vital. Dr. Juliana is right when she says our sexuality is our essence. You may surprise yourself in the course of being part of this group. No matter what comes up or comes out, the whole team of co-journeyers will have your back!
