What Can I Expect in an Intensive?

Extended Sessions

Depending on the length of your experience, we will meet for a half day, one day, or two days to deep dive into a focus area(s) of your choosing.

Intensive rates may include an appointment if deemed necessary by Dr. Juliana. This will be on a case by case basis and your desire and needs.

In-Person vs. Virtual

Virtual Comprehensives will take place in Dr. Juliana's Client Portal or via Zoom and session length will vary depending on which experience you choose / is recommended.

In-person intensives are subject to add'l travel stipends depending on agreed-upon location, timing, and calendar availability.

In-Person Intensive Details

If in Lexington, KY some amenities and meals will be included in your intensive price, to be discussed during logistical planning with the team. If Dr. Juliana is traveling to your location, there will be an add'l travel stipend to cover lodging, meals, and travel during our time together. All In-Person Intensives start at $8000 and will be adjusted as needed based on the arrangements mutually agreed upon.

Continuity of Work

Dr. Juliana will provide you with action items to support you and your continued work together and individually. In most cases, intensive participants are current clients and though this doesn't take the place of existing sessions, it's an incredible boost to the work you're already doing. Any appointments needed prior to your intensive and any follow-up appointments needed are at the regular rates. The intensives are not covered by insurance.

My wife and I were at a crossroads in our relationship, unsure whether we were going to stay together. We had reached our breaking point and felt desperate for a reset. The couples intensive was our last effort to see if we had truly given our relationship what it deserved.

Through the intensive, we were able to genuinely hear each other and feel heard. To our surprise, we discovered that we weren’t as far apart as we had once believed. Now, we’re learning to meet each other’s needs in simple and direct ways. While we still stumble from time to time, we now have practical tools to help us stay aware and adjust our behavior toward one another.

We’re leaving this experience with renewed hope and a sense of possibility for a bright and abundant future together.
As we sat down to dinner after Day 1, we raised a toast to "going deeper in the woods together" with extreme gratitude for showing up, doing the work, and investing in ourselves and our relationship.

I wish everyone was able to do it, incredibly powerful work on expansion, that often feels incapable of reaching without the deep dive of dedicated time. And an incredible facilitator.

Rescheduling is possible upon request and will be subject to a rescheduling fee of an additional 20% of your intensive fee.
